Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical interface and subject matter expert for their product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level consulting and technical support to customers, ensuring precise implementation of solutions
• Collaborate with customer technical and leadership teams to guide platform architecture and strategic implementation decisions
• Design and develop customized solutions tailored to specific client requirements, and produce high-quality technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure monitoring and support
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Linux operating system
• Proven experience designing and deploying IT infrastructure and application monitoring solutions
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, as well as familiarity with Windows and Unix environments
