Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, optimization, and support for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll modules globally
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects to enhance absence and payroll processes
• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday configuration and business process design, collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules
• Deep understanding of configuration, business process design, and compliance across global regions
• Proven project management experience with high-impact system/process enhancements
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Ability to maintain personal and confidential information
