Business Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), Product Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and business risk while optimizing and tracking the security backlog for product and engineering
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive security initiatives and improve risk posture
• Utilize deep technical understanding to address security concerns across software security, cloud security, and secure coding practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in information security, with 5-10 years in a leadership role focused on technical security
• Deep understanding of security principles across cloud platforms, infrastructure security, and application security
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and IAM solutions
• Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate technical security concepts in a business context
