Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and design solutions aligned with business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM/Salesforce initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments
- Monitor Salesforce processes for continuous improvement and implement best practices based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 12+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years specifically in Salesforce
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations, configurations, and integrations in large organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical Salesforce teams and guide strategic vision
- Preferred Salesforce certifications, such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer
