ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer or Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, or analyze solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT operations and customer service workflows
• Utilize strong skills in ITOM and/or CSM modules to support project requirements
• Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or business analysis
• Strong understanding of ITOM (including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management) and/or CSM modules
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-CSM
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
