IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator I to manage and support its IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including endpoints and SaaS applications
• Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN solutions for secure remote access
• Administer and customize Jira, manage Google Workspace, and oversee Okta identity management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT system administration or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of VPN technologies and proficiency in Jira administration
• Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace and expertise in Okta for identity management
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or macOS environments; scripting knowledge is a plus
