Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other tools
- Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, and user roles
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk inquiries
