Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Lead, Release & Environment Manager to oversee deployment operations and environment strategy in a multi-org Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Salesforce deployments using tools like Gearset, Change Sets, and SFDX
• Oversee environment pipelines and ensure coordination across projects and teams
• Develop and maintain Salesforce release management documentation and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Salesforce development teams in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, Lightning, and declarative tools
• Hands-on experience with Gearset, Change Sets, and SFDX
• Ability to assess Salesforce code/config changes for risk and impact
• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce environments is preferred
