MDR Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MDR Team Lead who will oversee a team of MDR Security Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and operational escalation point for investigations and incidents
• Assist in the development and modification of threat detection systems and MDR team operations
• Continuously train the team to ensure effective execution of the MDR service

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations at a global cybersecurity company
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Degree or certification in cybersecurity or related field
• Proven ability to meet SLA and operational requirements in security operations
• Knowledge of security technologies and tools, including network, host, data, and identity-based security
