Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to serve as a liaison between business units and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and operating systems, including researching and communicating solutions
• Analyze system impacts and propose process or application changes, including updates to file layouts and web services
• Extract and analyze data using SQL queries to support issue resolution and solution development

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
• Basic understanding of web services (REST or SOAP)
• Experience with incident management and support ticketing systems
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
