Azure Cloud Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Cloud Architect responsible for architecting and deploying secure, scalable, and resilient Azure-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts for repeatable deployments and define strategies for tagging, cost controls, and IAM
• Collaborate with application owners and IT teams for smooth migration and operations of Azure workloads
• Evaluate new Azure services and guide optimization of cost, performance, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Azure cloud architecture
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
• Proven experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Expert proficiency in deployment and optimization of Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
