Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer & Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement governance practices for data integrity and user access controls across Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations and integrations to streamline GTM processes
• Lead multi-team initiatives, managing system projects from requirements gathering through to go-live

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification required; other Salesforce certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs
• Strong understanding of security, access management, and compliance
• Proven track record of supporting data hygiene initiatives
