ServiceNow DPR Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow DPR Technical Lead to architect, configure, and implement the ServiceNow DPR module for enterprise release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of the ServiceNow DPR module, ensuring alignment with enterprise release management processes
• Design and customize DPR workflows, forms, and reports for centralized release tracking and conflict resolution
• Integrate DPR with existing tools and create role-based dashboards and automated notifications for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check
• 7+ years in ServiceNow administration/development, with at least 3 years in Release or Change Management modules
• Proven expertise in configuring and deploying the ServiceNow DPR module in complex organizations
• Strong integration skills with enterprise testing and project management tools
• Experience implementing ITIL-based release management workflows in ServiceNow
