Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
- Strong expertise in ITSM with knowledge of ITBM/SPM
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
