Technology Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations Analyst to support the strategic and operational priorities of the Technology Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and tracking of departmental goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
• Provide analytical support to technology leadership, including preparing data-driven insights and executive-level presentation materials
• Manage software assets and track departmental expenditures to identify opportunities for cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial or Process Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, financial analysis, technology strategy, or a related area
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook and the Microsoft 365 suite
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools to enhance analysis or improve communication is a plus
