Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Operations Analyst to support the strategic and operational priorities of the Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and tracking of departmental goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
- Provide analytical support to technology leadership, including preparing data-driven insights and executive-level presentation materials
- Manage software assets and track departmental expenditures to identify opportunities for cost optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial or Process Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, financial analysis, technology strategy, or a related area
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools to enhance analysis or improve communication is a plus
