Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Senior / Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs, document functional requirements, and resolve integration issues
• Develop requirement design documentation and recommend enhancements for applications
• Provide operational support and manage incoming issues, coordinating with teams and vendors for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of IT related experience for Senior position; 2-3 years for Intermediate position
• Experience in business analysis and understanding user needs
• Technical support experience including troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Familiarity with application systems and data analysis
