Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for the legacy ITSM tools team
• Conduct bi-weekly Kanban stand-ups
• Facilitate support for the Service Manager upgrade, leveraging external vendors and internal team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology
• ITIL Certifications required (v3)
• Extensive knowledge in ITSM processes and IT Service Management Tools
• 5+ years of support and management experience with HP Service Manager
• 2 years of leadership or management experience
