Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator II (MS Entra ID).
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Tier 1-2 help desk functions for B2B, Microsoft 365, and related applications
- Resolve IT issues in a high volume, fast-paced environment while managing ticket queues
- Support Help Desk operations by training and mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to SLAs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline; 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for education
- Extensive knowledge of systems and networks, including high volume/high availability systems
- Experience providing IT Help Desk support across multiple work sites
- Basic administration experience with MS Entra ID or Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cybersecurity standards
