Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inpatient Facility Fee (PTF) VA Experienced PT Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign new work and manage project workflow for PTF coders
• Communicate with clients and ensure turnaround times and quality standards are met
• Oversee coding accuracy and productivity within the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Active coding credentials from recognized organizations
• Formal training in medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and coding compliance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
