Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to serve as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of new and enhanced processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user stories and requirements for projects, collaborating with the Product Owner for traceability
• Manage and refine a prioritized backlog in partnership with the Product Owner while adhering to Agile principles
• Document business processes and specifications, perform data mapping, and lead research to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience required
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies; certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps preferred
• 1+ years' experience in mapping business processes and facilitating UAT for projects
• General knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, APIs, and web-based applications
