Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate hospice documentation, including physician orders and certifications
  • Contact hospice providers and members to verify and coordinate care
  • Enter pseudo authorizations into the managed care system and report suspected fraud, waste, and abuse
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Minimum of 3 years of hospice experience
  • Managed care and case management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation requirements
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
