A company is looking for a Performance Alignment Analyst to manage and maintain corporate certifications and improve enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change control processes and ensure adherence to documentation and governance standards
- Coordinate program integration and support stakeholders in navigating corporate policies and documentation
- Track and report on process performance metrics, contributing to overall business efficiency and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, enterprise governance, or process improvement
- Working knowledge of change control frameworks and quality standards (CMMI, ISO)
- Experience in regulated environments (DoD and Federal Civilian)
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, and Agile
- Willingness to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance and must be a US Citizen
