Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems QA Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor vendor Provider File Operations performance to meet contractual targets
• Create and execute test cases to ensure system functionality aligns with business and quality requirements
• Develop and implement QA methodologies, including test automation and performance analysis programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative analysis or related field
• Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred
• 3 - 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
• 2+ years of QA analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient with MS Office tools and SQL; experience with large data volumes
