Business Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join their IT Applications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to create scalable solutions
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of SaaS and GTM applications, recommending new technologies as needed
• Collaborate with developers and admins to design, test, deploy, and document solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with hands-on experience in Salesforce and GTM applications
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, including pipeline and territory management
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua and Pardot
• Experience in systems integration, agile methodologies, and application lifecycle management
