California Claims Process Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Process Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for homeowners and commercial property claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the claims process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Monitor the end-to-end claims process, addressing problems or bottlenecks promptly
• Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with homeowners' catastrophe claims, specifically wind and fire preferred
• Proven experience in process management within homeowners' insurance
• Advanced knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
• Experience with Duck Creek claims platform preferred
