Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Assistant to support the Regional Operations Director through various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the incoming fleet model for the assigned region
- Attend procurement meetings to provide feedback and update fleet models
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for the regional team
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years in a related position supporting a high-level leadership team preferred
- Past event planning and administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to pull data across multiple platforms
- Experience supporting multi-unit sites preferred but not required
