Vice President of Field Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Field Operations - Latin America & Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and monitor financial, operational, and guest experience targets for hotels and resorts
• Build and sustain strong relationships with ownership groups and ensure transparent communication
• Guide properties to reflect local cultures while maintaining Hyatt's global standards and reputation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations leadership experience in hotels and/or resorts, particularly in multicultural markets
• Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager with a proven track record
• Demonstrated expertise in building strong owner relationships
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Multilingual fluency (Spanish and/or Portuguese) strongly preferred
