Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Attend check-ins with project managers and support contract development and budget evaluation
- Monitor dashboards and financial systems, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated
- Respond to ad-hoc administrative requests and issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of operations management or business process management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex reporting and data analysis
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in business or operations-related field, or equivalent experience
