Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support for staff, including organizing materials for meetings and special projects
- Establish and maintain record-keeping systems, compile data for reports, and assist other departments as needed
- Participate in project management by obtaining information and monitoring compliance within various projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of office experience providing clerical and administrative support preferred
- Experience in data management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
