Job Summary
A company is looking for a RevOps + Executive Operations professional to support revenue-generating and back-office operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales and marketing operations, ensuring processes are followed and managing proposal documents
- Facilitate client onboarding by coordinating internal meetings and assisting project managers
- Manage HubSpot and other systems for data integrity, reporting, and outbound sequences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations and/or executive operations
- Experience in managing business development processes
- Proficiency in HubSpot configuration
- Experience with recruiting workflows and tools
- Familiarity with AI tools
