Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Facilities II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facilities repairs and vendor activities, ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests
  • Maintain records of work completed, monitor maintenance actions, and manage work orders and budgets
  • Oversee vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and assist in onboarding new vendors as needed
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of previous experience in Facilities or Construction Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and energy management systems
  • Ability to obtain bids and negotiate contracts
  • Familiarity with accounting and budgeting processes
