Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facilities repairs and vendor activities, ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests
- Maintain records of work completed, monitor maintenance actions, and manage work orders and budgets
- Oversee vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and assist in onboarding new vendors as needed
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2-4 years of previous experience in Facilities or Construction Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and energy management systems
- Ability to obtain bids and negotiate contracts
- Familiarity with accounting and budgeting processes
