Payment Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and adjudicate fertility-related healthcare claims in accordance with company policies and benefits plan designs
• Research claims issues and facilitate resolution, including requesting additional information and documentation from members
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet internal and external service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in benefits management or insurance focusing on claims adjudication; fertility or women's health experience preferred
• Understanding of medical billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and revenue cycle management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
