Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current experience in processing purchase loans
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Advanced product knowledge of various loan programs and compliance regulations
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for diverse borrowers
