Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to support their Client Services team within the Medical Communications team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary Intake Coordinator for all contract-related requests
  • Route contracts for electronic signatures and manage completion status
  • Maintain organized and confidential digital records of all executed contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
