A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to support their Client Services team within the Medical Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Intake Coordinator for all contract-related requests
- Route contracts for electronic signatures and manage completion status
- Maintain organized and confidential digital records of all executed contracts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
