A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will support the Title Operations Team Leader in managing title orders and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and follow up on title orders, ensuring timely processing
- Monitor vendor quality, turn times, and fees while managing internal communications
- Assist with various projects and reporting as assigned by the team leader/manager
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry or vendor management
- Working knowledge of real estate titles
- Proficiency with MS Office and general office equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
