Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will support the Title Operations Team Leader in managing title orders and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and follow up on title orders, ensuring timely processing
  • Monitor vendor quality, turn times, and fees while managing internal communications
  • Assist with various projects and reporting as assigned by the team leader/manager


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry or vendor management
  • Working knowledge of real estate titles
  • Proficiency with MS Office and general office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
