A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Team Lead responsible for supervising and training loan closing staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of loan closing staff and assist in training for closing file setup and documentation preparation
• Monitor workload assignments to ensure efficient resource use and timely completion of department deadlines
• Prepare loans for closing, ensuring correct documentation and compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 4 or more years of experience in mortgage closing
• Advanced knowledge of closing processes and systems, including Encompass and related tools
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to real estate closing
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and handle confidential information securely
