Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Healthcare Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
• Evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization and cost containment reports
• Assist with special projects and report enhancements as requested by internal departments or external organizations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in analyzing utilization management and health risk assessment data using SQL and Databricks
• Ability to create reports using PowerBI
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
