Senior Manager, Palliative Care Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Performance Operations in Palliative Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes related to specialty and non-specialty palliative care pathways
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance palliative care efficiency and effectiveness
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as the operational spokesperson for palliative care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 5 years of operations, project management, or consulting experience in healthcare
• Experience in palliative care, hospice, case management, or complex care delivery preferred
• Proven track record of building efficient processes in healthcare strategy and operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization
• Familiarity with technology and tools such as video conferencing and electronic health records
