Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Operations Manager to enhance their Professional Services Strategy & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Run regional forecasting calls and lead pipeline reporting and analysis
• Design and manage the PS Intake Mechanism for operational requests
• Maintain the PS Operations Playbook and support the enablement of new processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations or related roles
• Experience with forecasting processes and pipeline reporting
• Strong background in process documentation and workflow design
• Hands-on experience with PSA tools and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
