RCM Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with various billing teams
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to address client issues
• Analyze data to identify trends related to denials and develop plans to resolve them

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field and 7+ years of related experience
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a revenue cycle environment
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and collections processes
• Radiology revenue cycle experience is preferred
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint
