Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catering Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with clients on event scope, menu planning, and vendor contracts
• Recruits, trains, and manages catering staff and event schedules
• Acts as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in off-premise catering
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and events
• Experience in budgeting, P&L, and sales forecasting
• Human Resource experience including hiring and training
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
