Key Responsibilities
- Consults with clients on event scope, menu planning, and vendor contracts
- Recruits, trains, and manages catering staff and event schedules
- Acts as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in off-premise catering
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and events
- Experience in budgeting, P&L, and sales forecasting
- Human Resource experience including hiring and training
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
