Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closer Team Lead (Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Loan Processing Team, including pipeline management, employee development, and performance management
• Manage an individual pipeline and conduct thorough reviews of borrower documentation before submission to Underwriting
• Monitor compliance with mortgage regulations and provide feedback on team performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the loan/financial industry, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process and various loan types
• Experience with loan origination software (e.g., Byte Pro, Encompass)
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
