Key Responsibilities

• Manage department staff and oversee production operations of R&D
• Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance report delivery efficiency
• Perform audit support for clients and ensure quality control of R&D calculations and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; Attorney or LLM in Taxation preferred
• Seven plus years of experience in Management, Tax, or Accounting industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in researching and providing guidance on technical tax issues
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities
