Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites and provides expertise to Health Center Leadership staff
• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Manages relationships with clients, facilitates communication across virtual sites, and leads operational implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
• Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
