Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to assess financial impact and ROI on retail initiatives and special projects
- Develop and manage bonus schemes and incentive programs, reconciling payouts for payroll
- Analyze labor costs and trends to improve scheduling efficiency and employee productivity
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in CRM and/or Workforce Management roles for at least 10 locations
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment; leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills with retail metrics and scheduling data
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Looker
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
