Senior Risk Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Operations Lead / Analyst to join their Payments team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Risk & Fraud strategy across Trust & Safety, Security, and Payment fraud prevention
• Oversee fraud monitoring, risk operations, and chargeback management, managing associated KPIs/metrics
• Develop and implement risk management systems to monitor suspicious patterns and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment or risk compliance operations focused on fraud prevention
• Background knowledge of the global payment landscape and regulatory compliance monitoring programs
• Experience with fraud prevention techniques
• Knowledge of SQL or Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Familiarity with fraud vendors and their offerings is beneficial
