Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Monitoring Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor payment traffic in real time and handle emergency alerts
• Escalate drops and anomalies in processing traffic to relevant teams
• Manage a team of Payment Monitoring Specialists, overseeing their performance and schedules

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position or in Fintech, E-commerce, or PSP
• Advanced user of Excel and other MS Office software
• Strong understanding of online payments technical integrations and systems
• Experience with Grafana and Tableau is a plus
• Upper intermediate level of English proficiency
