Practice Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Director to lead and manage a growing radiology practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians for strategic growth
• Oversee scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve scheduling issues
• Manage quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred
• Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables
• Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management
• Strong leadership and process design skills
