Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, ensuring compliance and timely reporting
• Develop and implement programs and services, monitoring outcomes and driving continuous improvement
• Provide leadership and development for staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to incident reporting
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
• Experience in leading diverse teams and promoting staff development
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for performance monitoring
