Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Programs Analyst to support GTM strategy and strategic planning within the Global Partnerships and Channels organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing business rules and reporting key performance metrics related to partner programs
- Analyze large data sets for annual budget planning and drive forecasting for partner sales
- Manage GTM planning and operational process improvement projects while maintaining databases and developing metrics reports
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Finance or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS organization or Strategy & Operations Consulting
- Experience launching sales commission/incentive programs is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, with Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
